Introduction
Action ideas can look convincing on paper yet fall apart once blocking, impact, or screen direction reaches the frame. This Skill turns an action concept or existing PREVIS boards into a reviewable video plan that can be generated board by board. Aspect ratio, resolution, characters, wardrobe, locations, and lighting references remain fixed, while initiating actions, reactions, movement direction, shot size, and camera motion are defined panel by panel so continuity problems appear before production.
Use Cases
It works for fights, chases, impacts, multi-character blocking, action advertising, and narrative previsualization. Character turnaround sheets and person-free location images help preserve appearance and spatial continuity. Each PREVIS board can contain up to 16 panels, with review focused on action causality, eye lines, screen direction, and the handoff between boards.
Template
Prepare “story goal | aspect ratio | resolution | board count | character references | location references | action beats | camera movement | transitions | sound requirements.” Once the action breakdown and storyboard are approved, the reference assets move into board-level generation. The approved Storyboard becomes the sole execution source for later shots, followed by a final continuity check before assembly.
