Introduction
This skill designs a Build-Measure-Learn validation loop around the riskiest assumption. It turns broad beliefs into falsifiable hypotheses, selects the lowest-cost experiment capable of changing a decision, and defines sample, metrics, thresholds, timing, and what happens after success or failure. The goal is learning, not an MVP that only creates activity.

Use it for demand validation, pricing, channel tests, feature prototypes, concierge trials, and pivot decisions. It prioritizes unknowns that could invalidate the whole concept and separates learning metrics from vanity metrics.
Template
Provide the product idea, target group, current evidence, key assumption, time and budget, reachable users, and pending decision. The output includes the hypothesis, minimum experiment, sample and metrics, thresholds, safeguards, and continue, change, or stop criteria.
