Introduction
This skill writes and reviews outcome-focused OKRs. Objectives express direction and tradeoffs, while key results include a baseline, target, deadline, and evidence source. Projects, milestones, and routine KPIs remain separate so a task list is not presented as strategic progress. Each key result is also checked for reliable data access and meaningful team influence.
Use Cases
Use it for quarterly OKRs, team alignment, rewriting weak sets, and preparing review meetings. It checks measurability, team influence, duplication, conflict, ownership boundaries, and possible incentive distortion.
Template
Provide the strategy, team mandate, cycle, current baselines, desired outcomes, existing metrics, and constraints. The output includes objectives, key results, metric definitions, owners, dependencies, risks, confidence notes, and review questions.
