Introduction
Given multiple interview records, this skill creates a participant and evidence index before coding behaviors, motivations, pain points, needs, and alternatives. Themes require support from raw evidence, while minority views, counterexamples, and uncertainty remain visible. Findings are then connected to product opportunities that a team can discuss. Early signals that still need another round of research are labeled explicitly.
Use Cases
Use it for customer discovery, usability interviews, exit or churn interviews, sales follow-ups, and continuous research. It compares participant groups and keeps every recommendation traceable to its source interviews rather than favoring the loudest opinion.
Template
Provide transcripts or notes, participant tags, research question, current assumptions, and decision to support. The output includes a coding table, themes, evidence quotations, need statements, segment differences, opportunities, recommendations, and follow-up questions.
