Introduction
Much of a finished video’s appeal comes from its camera movement, action timing, and edit points. Preserving that structure helps a new character or environment feel as though it belongs in the original footage. This Skill analyzes time ranges, framing, camera position, subject movement, and replacement regions shot by shot, then uses reference images for face, person, full-body appearance, character, background, or combined replacement. The original camera motion, pacing, and overall color treatment remain intact.
Use Cases
Place the user inside a travel film, advertisement, or narrative scene; exchange the original actor for a specified character; give a dance or action performance a new full-body look; or keep the subject’s movement while changing a street, interior, or fantasy setting. Timing and camera descriptions can be corrected per shot, and each new region is matched to the original brightness, contrast, saturation, and lighting.

Prepare “source video | replacement mode: face/person/full body/background/combined | character or scene references | actions and camera work that must remain unchanged | regions allowed to change | output ratio and resolution.” After the mode, source-shot analysis, reference traits, and generation settings are confirmed, each replacement is previewed before final assembly. Any camera movement or timing that must remain unchanged should be explicitly locked during review.
